The

THRESHOLD POINTS FOR SOME SPECIALTIES

The

  • Threshold scores are set for admission to a number of specialties.

In 2020, 150 points of EIT in the second and third competitive subjects must have an entrant to enter the specialty "Dentistry", "Medicine", "Pediatrics".

The

  • The competition score in the specialties "Law", "Public Administration", "International Relations" increased slightly from 130 to 140 points.

The

CREATIVE COMPETITIONS

The

  • Last year, creative tests and creative competitions must have taken place before submitting documents to universities. Thus, it was possible to avoid any possibility to manipulate the results of creative competitions, adjusting them to the results of the external evaluation. Therefore, this practice will continue in 2020.

The

  • At the same time, entrance exams for certain categories of entrants (ATO participants, entrants with diseases that are an obstacle to passing the EIT, etc.) will be postponed until the beginning of application submission.

The

EXTERNAL EXAMINATION FOR JUNIOR SPECIALISTS

The

  • Applicants for the bachelor's degree on the basis of a junior specialist will be required to submit a certificate of external evaluation in the Ukrainian language and literature. In addition, for training in the specialty "Economics" and specialties in the fields of knowledge "Management and Administration" and "Public Administration" will additionally need to submit a certificate of external examination in mathematics (mathematics or history of Ukraine to enter into a contract).

The

STATE ORDER FOR JUNIOR BACHELORS

The

  • For the first time there will be a state order for the training of junior bachelors as a degree of higher education. It is important that these entrants will not have a threshold of 125 competitive points to participate in the budget competition.

The

EXPANSION OF EXAMINATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE MASTER'S DEGREE

The

  • In 2020, it is also planned to expand the list of specialties for which you will need to pass a single entrance exam (EMI) in a foreign language on the technology of external evaluation for a master's degree. Thus, in 2018 there were 18 such specialties, in 2019 - 32, in 2020 the compilation of EMI is provided for more than 80 specialties.

The

  • In addition, entrants to the specialty "Law" and "International Law" entrants will take a single professional entrance examination (EHR) in Law and General Legal Jurisprudence.
