SMART PORT and VIM-technologies in different ports of the world ..........
As part of the project of the Faculty of Maritime Infrastructure for scientific and technical cooperation with enterprises and organizations of the maritime complex at the end of May, a meeting of the Dean of the Faculty Dr. Tech. Sciences, Prof. Yu. Kharitonova with the General Director of TVO "Grintur-ex" A. Bilousov, the Deputy Chief Engineer of the enterprise - A. Gavrilov and the Chief Specialist of the Personnel Department - O. Tovstonog.
The topical issues of further development of the enterprises of the port industry of Ukraine were discussed at the meeting. The prospects for the introduction of the latest technologies of maritime spatial planning, SMART PORT and VIM-technologies in various ports around the world were reported by prof. Ю.Харитонов. General Director A. Belousov stressed the need for the introduction of these technologies and expressed the urgency of training the company's specialists in these areas.
The parties agreed on further joint actions and decided to prepare a relevant agreement on scientific and technical cooperation, which will also include training and retraining of specialists at the Faculty of Maritime Infrastructure of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
