У засіданні комітету взяли участь: голова комітету Я.Дубневич, заступник голови комітету Б.Козир, заступники міністра міністерства інфраструктури України В.Шульместер та Ю.Васьков, голова ДП "Адміністрація морських портів України" (АМПУ) А.Амелін, заступник голови обласної державної адміністрації портов " Ю.Крук, почесний президент ДП "Миколаївський морський торговельний порт" В.Капацина, інші керівники підприємств та організацій морегосподарського комплексу.
